Tom is an anaesthetic registrar with interests in workforce, patient experience, and digital technologies. In 22-23 he completed the National Medical Director's Clinical Fellowship at NHS England, working within the maternity and neonatal transformation team. He negotiated the revised junior doctor contract, representing the BMA during the 2018 contract review.
